FIL Hamia is a premium systemic fungicide developed for apple orchards, providing effective control of Alternaria and Scab while improving leaf health, fruit quality, and overall orchard productivity through dual-action technology.
FIL Hamia is a high-performance systemic fungicide jointly developed by FIL Industries and Kimitec, specifically designed for sustainable disease management in apple orchards. It provides strong protection against major fungal diseases such as Alternaria leaf blotch and apple scab, which significantly affect yield and fruit quality.
This formulation works systemically within the plant, ensuring internal protection while improving canopy health and reducing premature leaf fall. It enhances fruit appearance by minimizing surface blemishes, resulting in cleaner, export-quality produce. FIL Hamia is part of a sustainable crop protection approach that supports both productivity and environmental responsibility.
Technical Composition:
Fluopyram 17.7% + Tebuconazole 17.7% SC
Fungicide Group:
SDHI (FRAC 7) + DMI/Triazole (FRAC 3)
Works through dual inhibition of fungal respiration and sterol biosynthesis. Fluopyram disrupts mitochondrial energy production, while Tebuconazole inhibits ergosterol formation in fungal cell membranes, leading to effective disease control.
Systemic and translaminar action ensuring internal plant protection and long-lasting disease suppression.
